Multi-Tier Service Plans
Cyberoam offers software service plans that includes deployment and support.
Please note: Cyberoam customers having up to 2 Cyberoam UTM appliances will be provided free complimentary support if they have a valid support contract for both their Cyberoam UTM appliances.
* Number of Appliances is the maximum number of devices/products integrated with Cyberoam iView.
** Silver Service is free for Cyberoam customers (Both the appliances should have a valid support contract).
